Just saw supergirl! Good movie. The first half had an early 2000s campy sci fi vibe to me which I really liked. I thought the themes were really good. This has been another amazing movie review from me.

Just got back from supergirl and just one of the many things I loved about it was the way Kara said this man needs to die so he can’t hurt anyone else but I can’t let you do it out of revenge. I can’t let that weigh on your heart for the rest of your life when it’s already so heavy. Idk I’m just insane for the idea of that being how she’s a hero—telling someone you don’t have to carry this weight on your shoulders you don’t have to have this blood on your hands I will do it for you. I will live with knowing I’ve done something terrible as long as it means you don’t have to.
