I got a really really cute jumpsuit today that fits me like it was made for me for $9 but the fabric is so shitty and cheap. It’s this beautiful dark purple floral design, but so plastic. I need to remake the whole thing out of something that doesn’t suck. Also I can hear things moving in my walls

I never know quite what mood to be in or what to think when I listen to a new Why? album. It’ll have to catch up with me in just the right moment.

What focaccia needs primarily is salt. Then, additionally, something green, like pesto or olives or chimichurri

I’m quite pleased with my muscles & shape these days. Never been this happy with my looks in my life.

One of my favorite coworkers quit. His last day was yesterday. I’m gonna miss him a lot. He’s like, a married dad, so we don’t have enough in common to stay in touch just chitchatting, but I really adore him. I hope we work together again some day.

I slept 12 hours two nights ago and 11 last night, at this pace I’ll be able to get by on a normal amount of sleep by Saturday. Not bad.

AVOIDING THE SICKNESS

White knuckled repeating in the mirror being in great shape is not about how you look. You are in great shape. Being skinny/low body fat/abs has nothing to do with being in great shape. Chill.
