Normally stress makes me eat, but this week was different, and I had a hard time keeping meals on schedule. I missed several dinners and lunches, and when I don’t eat I don’t sleep, so overall it was just a very bad week.

The bullshit didn’t start until Wednesday so it’s like

- Wednesday: skipped gym

- Thursday: made up for skipped leg day, it was tough but finished it. Cardio = stairs

- friday: late night tried to finish my last run for the week and only did half of it :/ just couldn’t finish.

So I debated whether to post my self congratulatory end of week post when I didn’t really finish the exercises, and I decided not to, but my shortened 1.2 mile run is still recorded in the app so it won’t show up as a missed workout. I think this is a decent compromise. No long term penalty, but I did cut 1.2 miles off my cardio, so teeeechnically I didn’t finish it all last week. That’s okay, there were genuinely extreme extenuating circumstances, and this is only the third thing I’ve had to half ass this year. Not bad. Gonna try to get back in the swing of it today.
