Today was so dumb? I planned to go to the gym on the way home from an errand. I parked and realized I forgot socks. Went home. Got socks. Parked at gym. Realized my headphones were dead. Went home. Charged headphones. Went back to gym. Finally ran. It was fine! Just sort of reinforced how far I’ve come this year in terms of consistency, because even a year ago I think this would have been frustrating/discouraging enough to make me give up. Instead I just rolled my eyes and did what I had to do. Maybe I’ve just mellowed as a person? Anyway this week was fine. Not amazing, not awful. Week 6/13 done. 7 to go!

One of my favorite coworkers quit. His last day was yesterday. I’m gonna miss him a lot. He’s like, a married dad, so we don’t have enough in common to stay in touch just chitchatting, but I really adore him. I hope we work together again some day.

there are too many things happening this summer that i'm thinking we are going to need an extra 6-12 months of june and possibly another 3-4 months of july. probably no extra august as the problem should hopefully sort itself out by then. we are also looking into extending the day night cycle to 55 hours and extending the human lifespan to 10000 years.
