She shows no signs of being in love with emily, rather shes infatuated with the idea of her being her guardian angel and likewise emily is obsessed with the idea that she needs to make it up to emma for the way she treated her as a child. im not gonna get into that unless people ask bc its a whole can of worms i dont wish to open without tws. also, even if she was actually in love with emily, she is also romantically obsessed with a scarecrown who she thinks is a man lol so she’d be bi coded and not lesbian

I want everyone to know if you are reading the idv callout @identitycringe even though it was made with good intentions there are a lot, and i mean a LOT of inaccuracies to the lore and a lot of reaching. Mostly in the ableism transmisogyny and homophobia part. yall need to recognize the time period that idv takes place in. late 1800s/early 1900s. yes a lot of the racism stuff is pretty accurate but op is reaching pretty hard on the other stuff.
