The way Murderbot clearly interprets this as Ratthi asking if it's okay and Gurathin NOT asking if it's okay, but rather asking how the mission went, when in reality, I'd imagine Gurathin is also trying to find out if Murderbot is okay, he just doesn't want to outright say it.
