Chocolate will be hard, even though a cacao tree should be simple to keep in a greenhouse once I can source one. I did a bit of research, and it takes a lot of cacao beans to ferment into chocolate, and one tree only produces a handful of pods each season. It should be doable, though.

my hometown is built on a salt flat, so I should be able to do something with that to get my pinch of salt. I have some research to do there.

as for baking powder/soda, I have absolutely no idea. leavening powder is a relatively recent invention, so I don’t know if the process of making it is something I’d be able to do at home. otherwise, I might have to fall back on yeast, which would have serious trouble with the very, very enriched cookie dough.

and of course it’ll all have to be baked in a solar oven!
