there was a trend a while ago where people would portray their OCs VS how the fandom would mischaracterize them, mostly on Tiktok. A lot of it was „canon (evil cult leader) vs fanon (cutey bean)“ but I‘m starting to see a sub-section that‘s making fun of trans people
I also think some sanses would be less in need of a tail . plus they aren't really born so it might be something aesthetic... also, maybe for Cross itd be shorter/trimmed because of Gaster, while someone like Ink or the DT twins don't have them at all

I love Dream and everything he stands for. It's why I dislike rewritings of the tale. Dream is the actual, literal embodiment of hope and not giving up, even when it gets hard. He's messed up and hurt but he does not give up.
