Do you ever give yourself a time out to take a mental break? I have found such power in taking 5, 10, or 15 minutes to stop and catch my breath, collect my thoughts and see where I’m at in my day. Taking a pause has helped me reset, refresh, regroup with minimal effort. 🧘Meditation🧘 has been such a huge part of my day and when I do it first thing in the morning I find my days work out so well.
