Then, one day, a new customer came along. They obviously didn’t want to be recognised, wearing a black hoodie, with the hood pulled up, and their sapphire eyes staring through a pair of glasses looked slight nervous. When Patton asked what emotion they wanted to buy, they answered with one word,

“Everything.”
