( @stromaintic ) She didn’t hold grudges. In fact, she didn’t think of them at all. She could go a week without thinking about her family, her brother, a feat that she previously thought would never be possible. And she could have continued to go on, have a nice time- had a certain person not been the Best Man, standing across the aisle from her. Had that person not been attending the same reception. But, she didn’t hold grudges. It had been a beautiful wedding, perfect for the two grooms. Watching her best friend finally get married to the love of his life was all that mattered. And now she just needed to get back to her room and go to bed. Which would have been much easier if someone wasn’t standing in the middle of her path out of the dining hall. “Lovely party.” She mumbled, trying to get past without much of a scene. Because she didn’t hold grudges. They’d stood next to each other for so many of the rehearsals and speeches and ceremonies, she could say goodbye. “It’s uh- been nice.”
