"Aw, Brookie, I’m sorry. I know it doesn’t feel very good now, but trust me, you’ll get a ton of other roles you want in the future. I know it.”

Leo made a throat noise of acknowledgement. “And I’m pretty stealthy, so it could work. We’ll see, if he tries to kick you out of his room we’ll figure something out. I’m willing to fight but I’m more than willing to run too. Yeah, definitely wouldn’t be fun.” He raised his eyebrows and gave a slight nod in agreement. “I’m sure. Mine’s not that heavy, and you fainted ten minutes ago, I won’t let you carry that much weight on yourself. Come on.” He asked, his hand still extended toward her. “Oh, it’s a girl? That’s awesome. Did your parents think of a name yet?”

“Alright, sounds like a plan,” Ophelia nodded. “Oh, yeah, I guess I did. Well, thanks,” she smiled, slipping her backpack off her arms and placing one of the straps in his hands. “Yeah, it is. Her name’s going to be Cassandra, but they’re going to call her Cassie. And my mom said she liked the middle name Faith, but I’m not sure if that’s been officially decided on yet.”

“It could be the other way around, you know. Gabe is pretty strong and he’s kind of a gym freak while I just eat pizza for breakfast pretty much every day. He could definitely kick my ass,” He replied with a shrug. “Then I’m sure you’ll be fine. It’s like riding a bike,” He explained. “Hey, is your backpack heavy? Let me carry that for you,” He offered with a smile, extending his hand. “I get what you’re saying. There are many changes a baby brings into your family, but it’s usually good changes. You’ll get used to it.”

“Well, you’d have the element of surprise on your side, which is definitely something. But if you don’t think it’s enough, then let’s just forget this whole fighting him plan. Watching you get your ass kicked wouldn’t be fun,” Ophelia smiled. “Are you sure? There’s like, five giant textbooks in here, and you’re already carrying yours,” she pointed out, biting down on her bottom lip. “Yeah, I know I’ll get used to it. Or, her, I guess. I should probably stop referring to the baby as an it.”

“Leave me alone!”

“Brookie... what’s wrong? You’re always up for some Frozen-themed dress up. Why do you want me to leave?”

“I’m so happy for you all!”

"Well then you can be happy about it for the both of us. I have no idea how I got cast in this.”

I actually love Jingle Bells, so if you end up singing that song, then I’ll probably end up joining in. 

Well okay then. Dashing through the snow, on a one horse open sleigh, over the hills we go, laughing all the way.

“It’s definitely is okay,” she said determined to make her sister believe it. “They sound really adorable. Do I have your permission to pick on Nat about it? You’re not? Not even a little?” she laughed. “We’re all getting a little stir crazy, well it’s more like a lot stir crazy. I haven’t, and I don’t think I will for a while.”

“They are. And of course you have my permission. It’s fun to see her get all flustered when you talk about him,” Ophelia smiled. “No... not even a little. Why would you think that?” she asked, twirling a strand of her hair between her fingers. “Yeah, I bet you guys are. But once you get out of here, I’m sure you’ll miss it a little. Or at least, miss me a little. Well, you’ll hear eventually, and I’m sure it’ll be good news.”
