What’s the word for feeling guilty about things that you can’t control....like I want to help but can’t and then just put it all on my shoulders and want to burst into tears by the end of the day or week...does that happen to anyone else

Rest is important. Sleep is important. There is nothing more important you could be doing right now so please stop shaming yourself for sleeping in or taking a nap or sleeping more than usual. Your body is exhausted and therefore the best thing you could be doing is resting. Listen to your body and rest.
