Woke up at 2am to a storm and couldn't get back to sleep. Made coffee, deep cleaned the bathroom, bought cigs, and watched the second storm roll in at 5. Thank god my only meeting today's one I booked with a coworker.

Guess tonight isn't a sleeping night

A flood swept away the outside of the house. I wanted to see the damage. Where I'd fallen into the icy water during the flood was now a gnarled mass of trunks, mud, and detritus. I picked my way down the new embankment and saw Booker. He was lying down on a mound and wagged his tail to see me. I was bewildered and thought, "Why is he here? He was already dead." I came as close as I could over the wreckage but when I searched for him again he had disappeared into a little cave inside the mound. I called his name but he growled at me, and would not come out.

No milk or cream... black it is then.

Sun is shining. Flowers are sprouting. Squirrels are fucking loudly outside my window. Spring is here.

Really don't give a fuck about realism in fiction and media... Just have fun.

Don't understand the new reblog chain update, don't understand why other people are horrified and / or outraged, don't know if I'm only blissfully ignorant because I only blog for myself on here.
