We took a little trip out of town yesterday to shoot some favourite customer walls. It is really getting into the prettiest time of year! Also, we’re heading off for a Sydney adventure next week, stay tuned.Â
“When Tim Berners Lee invented the internet, surely, SURELY he had images like these in mind. Perhaps he had loftier aims, but today this is the sort of thing we’re really after online: pictures of a small, cute, fluffy dog, sitting on things we don’t expect, shot beautifully. The man behind these images is Slovakian photographer Tomas Werner, who took more than 100 pictures of the little Pomeranian in Miami, which have now been drawn together in a book called A Handbook for Dog Walkers published by Gost.”

It’s almost Friday. These guys know how to kick back for the afternoon.
An incredible print for a lovely client of ours, Gabrielle.Â
Our workshop, Saturday the 11th of April, featuring a stone print from Nick’s mother’s wedding, 1969. SO beautiful.Â
Saturday afternoon project - DIY A-frame cladding.
We were a little bored of our existing A-Frame. Max worked on some cladding to cover up the old sign, and we collected some images from our Instagram to create a real-life Instagram feed! They’re not fixed, so we can update them as our feed changes.Â
Happy slide days. Mischief in a trailer.
We love our South Melbourne workshop & the way the afternoon light filters through from the street. 283 Coventry st, South Melbourne

Rebecca Chaperon is a talented Vancouver-based artist (and a fan of Wasted Effort!!)
Check out her crystal series, we’re seriously in love.
Rebecca Chaperon’s crystal series is impressive. (We’re kind of just imagining printing stone on stone!)
Just lovely. Such a great project!
Photographer Bing Wright has found a creative way to capture the beautiful color palette of the evening sky, in his series titled Broken Mirror/Evening Sky.
We’re not sure if we’re coping with the brilliance of this series. Broken Mirror/Evening Sky is EVERYTHING.Â
Kaleidoscopic tea-trees
Impressive Kaleidoscopic Tree series.
