I wish I was smart enough to know. I don't think posting public webpages could help his case. Either nothing happens or it hurts his case somehow.

Unless you mean the actual evidence he provided that will end up in his case. It's not very good imo. It's extremely cherry picked and lacking a lot of context that he previously shared online. Stuff that contradicts his current narrative.

Texts between Lucas and Sarah about Ayalla publicly accusing Lucas and James of grooming Sarah in January 2019. We've seen parts of these before. It's nice to have dates to go along with them because I was struggling to make them coherent in the Youtube timeline.

Lucas explains the NDA to Sarah. We've gotten a little bit of this one before.

Finally had a chance to go through the images on the Onision Wiki. There was some new stuff on there. I will not be including texts between Sarah and Lucas regarding alleged abuse Sarah suffered in her personal life. I included some of James' commentary because he provides dates and explains who is texting.

This first batch is after James accused Sarah of blackmailing himself and Lucas, July 2019. We've had some partial texts before, but this is more fleshed out.

This is from one of Sarah and Lucas' text fights between poly relationships, June 13th. We've seen more from this specific fight before, but this little bit is new. I don't know why he cropped it like that when the others screenshots get full/partial conversations.

This one is strange to me. James says it's from October 6, 2018. As far as I'm aware, there were no public accusations about Lucas having Sarah around while bathing until January 2019. So either the date is incorrect or this might have been someone in their personal life expressing concern. Or I'm forgetting an earlier public accusation.

This one is from the big text fight Lucas had with Sarah on October 1, 2018. This fight was really important because you can see Lucas and Sarah starting to get an inkling that James had giving them different information to push them into a relationship. To me it seemed James always cuts off the texts before Sarah is about to accuse him of something. You can see Lucas defending James after the cut out texts. These conversations prove that there was talk about Sarah being in a relationship with Lucas before she turned 18.

Interesting counterclaim update. The judge reviewed James’ counterclaims and

- They never pleaded any facts about Regina in the whole counterclaim, so the judge wants Regina dismissed from the whole thing.

- Counterclaim 1 is about Sarah going against the NDA. The judge says since this is about an accused sexual assault, Sarah would be protected by the Speak Out Act. They were ordered to plead a way she breached the NDA that doesn’t have to do with sexual assault.

- Counterclaim 2 - the judge says this doesn’t actually make any claims. I don’t know what this one is about. “Accordingly, the Court will not dismiss Counterclaim Il for failure to state a claim as, in actuality, it is not a claim but a request for relief.”

- Counterclaim 3 - they claim Sarah only sued them because she wanted money from Google and she doesn’t actually want to sue them. Dismissed: “But even if Sarah's lack of desire to sue Defendants were true (the only factual basis for their abuse of process claim), such lack of desire does not make the suit an abuse of process. Filing a suit for damages over an alleged sexual assault is not improper. Plaintiff does not seek to surreptitiously force Defendants "to do some collateral thing which [they] could not legally be compelled to do" other than pay damages. Fite, 11 Wash. App. at 28. And Defendants identify no case in which an abuse of process claim was allowed to proceed on similar facts.”

It’s not 100% yet because James and Lucas are allowed to amend everything and try again, but it’s not looking good for their counterclaims.

The biggest change I see is how he lies. He used to use a lot of half-truths, purposefully leave out details, talk about different time periods to mix up facts. Things like that to get around telling the truth, but being able to say he's honest. Now he just lies. Straight up makes shit up.

His mental gymnastics used to be semi-impressive back in the day. An (not so impressive) example that I was recently looking into is his body rating videos. He would get away with saying he had an "adults only" rule on his fan photo submission forums because he would reference time periods where he did have a rule instead of the time period he knows everyone is referring to (2016-mid2017) where he allowed and defended underage fans to submit photos in their underwear. Now, he just made a page on his wiki trying to convince people he's had age restrictions since 2010 and shows images from forums from late 2017+. Just straight bs.

The other thing his his egregious use of AI compared to when he would create everything by hand himself. Writing scripts, writing books, filming, costumes, makeup, editing, drawing, make music, singing, photoshopping thumbnails and bad memes, etc. I guess it's not a huge change from his brain's perspective because he always did most stuff for outside validation and money and not because he was genuinely interested in any of those arts, but I find it to be a big bummer.

He made a few of these short videos saying Regina and Sarah's lawyer is trying to block the documents he requested so that means they're trying to hide stuff from the public. Like I said earlier, he asked for some really invasive ridiculous things like all private text messages between Sarah and people she accused of abuse in her past and medical records.

Yes, told her they were having everyone in their life sign NDAs in January 2019. It turned out they only had one other person (who was a potential third if I'm not mistaken) sign one at that point. He didn't have friends sign until after Sarah went public later that year.
