Plain brown exterior with a sleek black organizer inside for travel documents. 2 large currency sleeves, 3 card slots, pen pocket and passport holder. One large storage flap is front and center for storing boarding passes and other ID for recurring passenger checks in the airport.

English bridle leather with a saddler’s stitch and clean burnished edges. Original design cut and stitched by hand in Toronto.

Test Type with rolled edges to cover the seams with piping and several new pockets. The bag still has two main compartments, with an additional newspaper pocket on the back; large and small sleeve pockets in the large compartment; phone and pen pockets in the small compartment. Y-strap closure to hold this beast down.

English bridle leather strap with a dark brown upper and black underside. The hardware is taken from original faux crocodile strap, which didn’t hold up to the rigours of the modern chef. This is a return to a simpler time.
