Thinking about desperation and accidents, but not wetting. Like someone knows they will not make it to the toilet, not to a bottle or bucket to go in, they are glued to where they are for some reason or there simply is nowhere for them to go. There will inevitably be a puddle on the floor. They can accept that, but they can't accept the gross, embarrassing wet bottoms that come with it, so they pull themselves quickly out of their pants or drop their bottoms so they can squat, probably already going a little as they do so, and unleashing a torrent or piss on the ground.
Maybe they're in private and can leave it and pretend it wasn't them, maybe they have to own up to the embarrassment of exposing themselves to go, or maybe they have to shyly admit to the accident but at least they can continue on with their day in clean pants.
do any other littles or omo moots have a bit of a fear of public toilets… I hate using the portapotties especially, and bus/plane bathrooms (to the point of waiting the entire journey)… and I think there’s so much omo potential in it. Idk… maybe I’m silly
I won't refrain from using them but I always think these things are gross and will only use them if I know that I cannot wait anymore. And I usually do some extra washing hands. Best if I have desinfectant with me. I can a be little germaphobic at these places.
I used to be seriously afraid of train toilets because I feared getting trapped inside the cubicle, so whenever I did have to use them, I left the door ajar- not even unlocked, but not even really closed. Yes, I had people walk in on me, or try to close the door for me while I was like nooo. I could probably lock them normally now, but I try to avoid having to use them in the first place. I never had experiences with gross ones, though, luckily! Plane toilets scared me for the very same reason as a kid, and I haven't been on a plane in years. I assume that fear started in elementary school because the school was very old and, sometimes, the toilet doors would get stuck, which happened to my friend one time, and when I called for help, the teachers didn't actually help.
I couldn't imagine using the toilet on a bus because I can't imagine those being anything but horrifically claustrophobic. Yeah, nope.
I'm actually not germaphobic at all and think that toilets aren't the worst in terms of germs, but I do think porta potties are kind of gross, so I also won't use them unless I have to. Though there's an annual outdoor festival (Walpurgisnacht in Germany) that I sometimes go to, and I know from being told that it's very wise to use the toilets before the party has started and everyone needs to get rid of their alcohol.
Normal public bathrooms are fine, though. I just get stingy about pay toilets.

I've seen many a fun trope of city omo before (places without restrooms or they're only for paying customers, peeing in alleyways, train and bus omo, office working fun, etc) but as a country mouse myself the potential there is untapped
- A lot of farms are so big that it's a massive hike back to the house, so if someone's too stubborn to go outside? Well they better be able to hold it for a long time
- If they do choose to go outside but they're pee shy? Farm animals and wildlife are gonna ruin your day and even so how shameful must it be to admit "yeah I'm literally bursting but I couldn't go bc there was a chicken looking at me"
- "I can't go until I finish this task!" but farm work takes hours honey you're not gonna make it
- Someone used to just whipping it out going whenever they need on the farm ending up in the city and struggling because dammit going from just ducking behind a tree or a bush to needing to find somewhere that actually has bathrooms? Cooked
- Road trip omo but once they finally admit they need to go they're about to spend half an hour going past nothing but corn
- And once you find somewhere that isn't corn its probably something that doesn't have public restrooms so you're kinda screwed seeing as sometimes it can be 20-40 minutes between towns with nothing between them
- "Bumpy car ride omo is so good!" yeah but I raise you the humble tractor
- Small towns mean news and gossip spread fast, so if humiliation is on the table well good luck keeping a public accident under wraps in a place where everyone knows your name

- the god-forsaken tiny, poorly-maintained single lane winding roads where there is QUITE LITERALLY nowhere to pull over or even step out of the car without risk of 1. getting your car or yourself hit if another driver rounds the curve bc there's no visibility or 2. you're in shit like appalacia where there isn't anywhere to step out bc it just DROPS off the cliff like 3 inches from this tiny mountain road ☠️ So yes, you DO just have to hold it until you get to one of those little towns mentioned above and pray you find a place that's actually open
- being ON the tractor is hell yes, but I also raise you the hell of being stuck behind a tractor on the road when you're trying to drive somewhere in a hurry. I am not kidding when I say I have been stuck behind some that only went 5 or 10 miles an hour and there was no way to get around them and they didn't have anywhere to pull off to even let you pass. A normally 10 minute drive took like 30. There is much you could do with this and the sheer frustration and despair someone who has never experienced that hell before is now forced to endure 😂

dude i see so much omo stuff where the person is too shy to admit it, or where they're complaining openly about it, to the point i find appeal in like. something thats neither? like not keeping quiet, but not going ohh my godd it's so baddd aaa. just. like for instance if i were to see someone else squirming and their buddy or coworker is like oh you gotta go huh and theyre like yeah haha pretty bad actually. then id probs get a bit flustered. or otherwise ig if someone were to make less whiny complaints, more lighthearted "wow this is inconvenient" type complaints. but like. all while squirming and overall seeming crazy desperate. like they're writhing and bouncing their leg and shifting around and wincing but in every other sense they just act as if it's a minor inconvenience. chuckling a bit tho not hard enough that they leak. people who aren't weird about piss are so cute

'there was only one toilet' when they both figure out a way to go together is my favourite trope honestly. When they are kind of enemies so the painfully awkward 60 seconds of close proximity peeing is all the more tense. One of them all but faints from the dramatic drop in pressure, or one tries and fails pathetically to cut off their stream because they would rather leave half full than endure the embarrassment of sharing a toilet any longer than absolutely needed, but end up just embarrassing themselves more when they can't stop peeing. Summer omo

There's the popular omo trope of realizing you have forgotten or lost your keys when you're at your front door needing to pee, but what about if you have the key, but the door lock is prone to getting jammed, maybe because of the weather or due to old age or a problem that was never taken care of, but the problem remains that no matter how hard you try to twist the key or pull at the door, it won't open and you can't get in.
Bonus if it's not your house but somewhere you're staying at, like a friend's house or anything hotel-like, so you had no way of knowing that the door could behave like that, all while your body was looking forward to relief.
