eventually, all of the working out that i do wont matter.

in 3rd grade we needed to do a report on an animal...huge presentation and all. I wanted to do a jaguar but of course the selection of animals was on a first come first serve basis. i ended up going with jaguar, got rejected, and then all the animals were basically picked after that since all the kids rushed up. My 2nd choice by that point was between like 3 or 4 animals I literally had NEVER heard of. The three toed sloth seemed like an okay choice! Maybe I could find some books on it or whatever?! Keep in mind, its 1996/7 and theres barely anything good on the internet at the time. There was literally 2 websites on the internet at the time that had ANY fucking info about these things....and it was SENTENCES...like literally sentences....I needed to write like 12 different paragraphs about their favorite foods, where they live, predators, etc and all I could find was SENTENCES on these things!! Out of the 2 libraries in Alameda there were only 2 books....totally fucking insane...my report turned out pretty awesome though..I got to use a laser pointer and all. Nobody knew what the fuck a sloth was!
