welcome to my danganronpa fic blog! I made this because I want to get back into writing/work on my skills while keeping myself in the fandom for the up-coming game (we all cheer 👏). it'll probably be mostly quickies and headcanons, but I'll write for any game, any character (not the one's I deem aro ace. they will be written platonically and I will tell you.), except for despair girls because I cannot for the LIFE OF ME get into it. I don't do strictly [character] x male readers, but all of my posts are gender neutral unless specified female by the request!! if you want to find specific characters, search them in my tags! (just a note, this is NOT a ship blog and I will not write for it. strictly x reader!!) ((but poly is okay, as long as reader is involved.)) all requests will be answered in the order I recive them. please keep this in mind if it takes a while to get to your ask! please also note that my inbox is weird and can glitch out requests. if I take more than a month to answer yours, I likely didn't get it. however, on this note, if you asks anonymously and I cannot answer your request, I will simply delete it (if it involves something I've already said I won't do). ALSO. I would like to note that english is not my first language, but I learned really early on, so I know it pretty well, but i'm not free from mistakes. if you notice any mistakes, please tell me!

his ass took the LONGEST time to even imply he held any sort of feelings for you at all. like if we're talking during the game, you could maybe catch him dropping a few hints after the fifth class trial. really close to the end.

when she was around, he had peko approach you for him. it kinddddd offfff feels like stalking at first, but he quickly corrected her by redirecting her and making it to where she'd approach you more like she was trying to befriend you

he'd end up learning a lot about you this way. he'd use whatever she'd told him to try and strike up conversations with you. usually having to do with whatever you'd talked to peko about the day before.

the thing about this though is that he never makes it feel like you're actually having a conversation. he always has to make sure to keep some of his usual fuyuhiko-ness.

once the two of you are finally together (miracle in itself), he's extremely clingy. but he's still not obvious about it.

he'll always follow you around with his arms crossed or on his hips, acting like he'd rather be anywhere else, complaining and making this "fact" known, but never actually moving to leave.

can i request hcs with kokichi with a reader who's usually very stoic and distant with her displaying emotions, but can't help to burst with a laughter when he's around her her reaction is basically just going straight from 0 to 100. doesn't matter what it is what he's doing, just his words or basic reaction are enough for her to hide a tight-lipped smile.

at this point, it's not clear whether she's laughing because of him or at him, since she doesn't react much to anything or anyone else to reveal much of her character

he hates that you're unpredictable.

he hates that he can't gauge your actions or reactions.

to someone trying to manipulate everything, someone like you is the worst thing that could happen, you're a factor he can't really account for.

but on the other hand, past a certain point, you're the only one who gives him any reaction or attention for his bullshit, so he'll play along with it to try and get a ride out of everyone else.

"ahhh, see? [name] gets it!" he'd start, vaguely gesturing in your general direction, not caring to give much attention to your outburst of emotion. "gah, if only you guys still gave me something to work with like that!"

other than all that, it takes him a long time into the game to evenhumour the thought of you being anything other than an inconvenience to be managed.

believe it or not, he's actually quite apprestiative of the arts,

it's one of the things he finds genuine enjoyment out of viewing.

so to have a partner who's ultimate is just that, I think he'd like more than he's let on. (人 •͈ᴗ•͈)

he's definitely your biggest fan, even if he is rather harsh or rude about being it sometimes.

commissions! he'll do that!!

except it's kind of him just throwing cash at you and telling you to come up with something.

he never asks for something specific... he may like the arts but he can't care enough to put much thought into something like a commission.

and even though you've told him multiple times, "there's no need to pay, your my partner!", he'll end up paying. no matter what. he's very quick to get the idea of NOT paying out of your head.

however, after a few commissions, you WILL end up like this.

now, he'd originally came in to scold you on being noisy while he was studying but was quickly shut up when he saw you. he'd stammer for a moment, standing in your doorway and glancing back out into the hall as he attempted to find a way out, before being noticed and stilling. clearing his throat, he straightened out his suit's jacket and flicked a hair back into place in hopes that it would refresh his mind (to no avail) before turning back to you, visibly unsure of what to do through his calm expression.

"over a storm? come now, you're better than that. you're a togami, for crying out loud." -he'd scoff as his eyes landed everywhere but you before he forced them to settle on your eyes.

"get over yourself," was all he said as he sat down by you, crossing his arms and legs.

you, already used to the way he was, accepted that this was him trying. you knew you were lucky to have him here and not walking back to his room. that didn't mean you wouldn't sigh before offering a quiet laugh, more-so for yourself than him, in an attempt to soothe some of your nerves.
