Teor Pridesire and the Dandelion: Lion pun in funny. As additional connections, there's the way that dandelions travel far from their roots when they do reminiscent to me of Teor's travels. Dandelions are also a call for change, a call for growth. Some seeing them as stages of celestial bodies in their life cycle, even asides from the dandy-lion joke im fond of, symbols for the kind of warmth and light Teor carries appeals to.me in these flowers as well.

Kattigan Vale and the Wolfsbane: Wolf pun is also funny. Its things like this that make these two so good and connected: dorky puns and word association. Wolfsbane is also a poisonous plant, to humans, pet, livestock. With a man who feels weight and poor fortune, disconnection and death all around him, his flower yielding that beautiful untouchable quality seems just. A plant used to poison arrows, the shape of a hood as its flower, despite the straightforward qualities, the poison is also a protection. The flower representing protection and precaution, there's more than just boldfaced threat here.

⚔️The knight and his Lord💀

Julien Davinos and the Jewelweed: Also known as the "Touch-me-not," jewelweeds are known for their popping pods that expel when touched. With a color pallet that reminds me of the knight and the comparison of an abrasive nature, I found the comparison funny myself. As a bonus, jewelweeds are symbolic of healing and we can only hope for our Sir Davinos this ring true.

Occtis Tachonis and the Skeleton Flower: The comparisons to the skeletal were an immediate hook for me. These flowers becoming translucent to reveal their "bones" and our Tachonis here being a living cadaver, it was simply not something I could resist. These flowers also represent a balance between life and death & personal transformation, both of which embody Occtis quite soundly.

✒️The Poet and his Muse.🎭

The much awaited beginning to a project i started back in February. Character themed Flower Frames. Whether theres a good reason or just based on my own whims, I have given all of our dear players plants I associate them with and they will be posted throughout the month.

Halandil Fang and the Jade Vine: The color of the Jade Vine is what I see as the color of Hal's eyes. The vine stands for resilience and renewal and our dear poet has proven his will far more than enough for this to ring true.

Bolaire Lathalia and the Mistletoe: I find mistletoe to have quite a dramatic flair to it. Its a frequent plant decoration talked about, oddly confused with a holly plant despite the vast differences, and doubly oddly considered a symbol of rebirth and fertility despite its parasitic and poisonous nature. Leeching off its hosts yet considered romantic and charming for its history and status. A fascinating link indeed.

I do still love and vibe with people's take on them having a pseudo father-daughter kind of relationship

But

Honestly I do just love the idea of them as an actual romantic (or whatever youd call the oddness of this table) relationship and im eating it hard.

Just. Kattigan who doesn't know how to be a person anymore but can't help his goodness and gravitation towards his pack and wants to remember how to be a person again but can't get away from the hurt that overwhelms him

And Tyranny who has never been a human and is new to being a person and wants to be good and wants to have friends but cannot help but hurt anyone who is close to her and her lack of personhood and experience makes it impossible for her to pry the hurt and the happiness any of this foreign humanity brings her.

They're parallels to me and it hurts and I want them to hold each other like theyre keeping the other one from falling apart. I want Kattigan who has no prior connection or predetermined hatred for Tyranny or anyone she's associated with to see her as a person and see how hard she's trying and learn again how to be a person again by holding her hand and walking with her through all this mess that comes with the world she's been brought into. I want Tyranny who is so ignorant and new to tje world be something that shows Kattigan that the world isn't all isolation and sadness because if that were true, why would this being here be so instinctual in wanting bonds and love and care in this world despite the world she was once apart of being so distinctly opposite. She should be a shining contradiction to the cynicism of Aráman because if the pain and hurt this world provides were all it did, she would've instinctually fallen into it instead of wanting so hard to fight against what she is meant to stand for. She should be a shining light of a reminder that despite the hurt and darkness and pain, a person cannot help but be good. Whether theyre good at it or not, despite themselves, they want good so desperately despite everything that screams against it.

I'm babbling at the end I think and I won't proofread but I have strong feelings on the matter currently. Whether is comprehensive or not is up to chance at this point. They need cuddles and smooches I think.

My current favorites to impose this on have been Wicander & Doset tbh

Wic's hair fluffing more the longer hes out in the woods a'wanderin and away from his fancy hair products and initially hating it cos it looks messy and it's another reminder about how far from home he is but like with everything thats coming from that distance, slowly growing to like it more and more.

A more dramatized artstyle for our grieving Doset Tachonis.

How does he know what grief or mourning or vengeance or loneliness could truly mean if the first time he's greeted with it it by losing the one person he could care about outside of his family's obligations. Worse so, when that teared away loss happens the moment you're not by his side, the second that you're not their as you so often are.

Does your focus lie on repaying that unfamiliar pain and theft to those who did so to you?

Does your focus lie in remembrance and grieving what was taken from you? In evaluating what caused this, in running away from having to figure out what these feelings are?

Or do you focus on not realizing what love is until its in the form of tragedy?

How does one hold on to a sense of grounding when every thought is pulled into a separate direction.

Perhaps by memorializing your loss by keeping a piece of the charred body of your love apart of you so that he is never away from your side again.』

More of my take in how I want Doset Tachonis to go through a devastating (for someone at least) arch upon discovering sir Seremai's death and following hindrance from their afterlife.

Even if it doesn't happen, its happening in my heart.
