It's time to callout the Leftist Libs who preach tolerance yet refuse to follow their own twisted advice ...
when women were stronger than strong
July 6, 1936, Route 66, New Mexico. This is Martha Evans, 32. She had been walking for three days. Her husband died of tuberculosis in Oklahoma in May. The farm was foreclosed. She took the six kids and a Radio Flyer wagon and started west for California. The twins in the wagon were 11 months old. The boys walking were 6, 5, 4, and 3. Her dress was torn on barbed wire. Her leg was cut and infected. She wrapped it with a feed sack. She had $1.60 in her pocket. A photographer from the Resettlement Administration saw them and pulled over. He offered her a ride. She said no. She said if she took a ride now, the kids would expect one every time they were tired. She gave him her name and kept walking. The photo ran in newspapers across the country. Donations came to a PO box in Barstow. She got $200 and a bus ticket. She made it to Bakersfield and picked grapes. All six kids lived. Three went to college. Martha died in 1978. The wagon is in the Smithsonian
this is the shit that should be taught in the schools. the endurance of the american spirit and the power that a mothers protection and love can offer. enough george floyd, enough BLM, enough of pride month.

“I travel down this country road that leads me home. Each mile brings me nearer to the house that built me. Every passing second I’m a little closer to those who love me unconditionally. As I accelerate the memories also speed up quickly filling my mind. Nostalgia, and gratitude begin to run down both my cheeks. And for the first time in what feels like an eternity I’m crying happy tears. As I pull into our driveway, a landslide of emotions rushes over me. My soul smiles, and I know there is no place in this world I’d rather be.”
— Happy tears
Unintended angels
How beautiful is it that you can sometimes make a difference in someone's life without realizing it yourself?
For example, as a photographer, whenever I meet up with people, I usually bring my camera with me. I take some photo’s whenever I see a beautiful moment. Off the cut, without really thinking about it.
Not suspecting anything, I then send those images to them afterwards. And then later it turns out that those photos are some of their most valuable images or memories.
Sometimes only years later. A portrait of a beloved pet that has since passed away. A spontaneous, candid photo of someone together with their partner, who later passed away. Because for me it goes so casually and effortlessly, that I don’t even think about it, I often don’t realize what meaning those kinds of things can have for people. How valuable such a gesture can be for someone else. I feel like we often underestimate our impact.
But I think it’s such a lovely thought; that we can be little angels for others, without realizing it ourselves 💖
This could save a life that's in distress ...
