Old Ancient Me

I wanna write #Charmie but not too long though. More of snippets of moments through dialogue.. meaningful moments.. i am now thinking of a significant moment which i really would like it to happen in real life. As if real moments.

So, here it is. (Oh, English is not my first language so… forgive me for any grammar mistakes done.)

TITLE: STILL YOURS

Ford: Daddy?

Armie: Yes, Ford. What’s wrong? I see that you’ve been thinking hard. C’mere and tell daddy what’s on your mind.

Ford: Umm.. please don’t be mad at me..

Armie: (chuckles..) I promise I will not be mad.

Ford: Ummm.. I’ve been wanting to ask you this.. How come you’re always around now? Don’t you have a job anymore like before?

Armie: (Speechless.. stunned at the question asked)

Ford: Dad! You said you’re not gonna be mad at me!!!!

Armie: Noo.. i am not mad at you, baby.. I was just surprised a lil bit… I guess now you wanna get rid of me, yeah? (starting to tickle Ford..)

Ford: (giggling and trying to escape…) Ahhhh…

Armie: Hey, hey.. don’t you dare escape me… (giggling with Ford and pulling him back into his lap).. listen.. i know i had a job before and i really love that job as i can meet a lot of great people… but sometimes, i meet some of not-so-great people and some of them are bad. So with those bad people, some bad things happened, ended up i lost a lot of opportunity to do great job that i love.. you get that, don’t you?

Ford: Yeahh.. (nodding understandably..)

Armie: (Smiling back at his son).. Besides, i decided I don’t wanna miss out on spending time with you and your sister.. it is now the most important thing in my life right now. Youuu.. (smiling to Ford, touching their foreheads together) and Harper are both the most important people in my life, okayy?!

Ford: (hugging Armie’s neck) I love you, Daddy..

Armie: I love you more.. (hugging his son back)

Ford: Dad.. (whispers softly in Armie’s ears)

Armie: Yeah?

Ford: Uncle Timmy is one of your great people, right??

Armie: (looking back at Ford, smiling..) Yes, he is..

Ford: (Suddenly very excited) Can we please go see his new movie, WONKA? Please dad, please, please, please… all of my friends had seen it.. or maybe you can call Uncle Timmy to come fetch us and we can go see the movie together!!! Pleaseee…. daaaaddd????!!!

Armie: Oh wow.. I actually haven’t seen him quite a while now…

Ford: We can see him now that he’s promoting the movie in LA!!! Please dad, can we please see him? I miss playing with him, dad..

Armie: Ok, ok.. I’ll see what i can do.. How about we ask Uncle Niki and Uncle Ashton to go with us too? But maybe Uncle Niki is busy with baby Luce.. hmmm..

Ford: Yaaaaayyy… let’s bring baby Luce too… (jumping excitedly… suddenly running towards the bedrooms) HARP!! Dad will bring us see WONKA with Uncle Timmy!!!!!

Armie is suddenly nervous while typing anxiously, texting Ashton.

+Armie:

Ford is asking us to go see WONKA!!

+Ashton:

About damn time! You’ve been hiding too long already!!

+Armie:

He wants to see Timmy too.. i’m not sure ‘bout that though..

+Ashton:

Listen.. I know you want to see your boy, Arms..

Do this for yourself.. and for him.. you both deserve this after those chaos….

+Armie: (sigh..) Fuck, I’m nervous, Ash..

I don’t know what to say if i see him.. is he still using the same number?

What if he changes his phone number?

What if he never wants to see me? What should i say to Ford, to Harper???

+Ashton: Calm down, Armie..

He still uses the same number and yes, he does want to see you.. i know this coz i’ve been texting him regularly, just to catch up..

+Armie: ……..

+Ashton: It’s gonna be alright, Arms.. trust me..

He’s still our Timmy.. that boy..

I dare say he’s still yours..
