Please share your favorite bitter mellon recipe(s) with me... A few days ago I had a session with an excellent Ayurvedic practitioner, with focus on my lymphatic system (nodes are still heathly/ unremarkable as of last month's evaluation, but remain enlarged with minimal change after 2 years... Despite my various wellness practices).  I felt fantastic during and post treatment and learned that my primary dosha is pitta (fire), secondly kapha (water) and lastly vata (air). Armed with this knowledge (based on her thorough eval), she asked me to focus on my digestive health and also integrate more bitter food into my meals... Especially the bitter melon due to its exceptional health benefits.   So I bought one, and despite all the online recipes... I have no idea what will make this interesting looking thing tasty.  Any ideas are welcome and greatly appreciated!  😀 (at Illinois)
