Roman moved into Buds & Bloom, he had ever intention of getting his sister some flowers. She seemed off lately and he thought maybe this would brighten her day or something. But honestly he had no idea what he was doing. Only time he got flowers for someone was for a date and that usually didn't go well especially after they find out that he is just a principal. Moving over to the counter, he put on his best smile. "Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me pick out some flowers for my sister. She seems kinda of sad lately."
Daisy looked from Benji's phone to his face, her expression softening almost immediately. She took the phone from him, scanning over the class list before handing it back. "First of all, I was getting coffee, thank you very much." A small smile tugged at her lips. "Second of all, you don't have to know today." She reached over, giving his shoulder a gentle squeeze before leaning back against the counter. "I mean it, Benji. You don't have to pick something because everyone else already decided what they think you're supposed to be. Me and your dad would support you no matter what and you know it." Sometimes she wondered if Jackson would want to see his son following in his footsteps but in the end of the day she knew they both wanted their children to be happy.
Benji raised a brow slightly, looking over at her for a moment. "Uh huh. Just coffee?" He teased lightly with a small chuckle as he looked over at his mother. "I don't have to know right now? So there is something going on?" He questioned, raising a brow slightly. Looking down as his mother spoke, he knew that she was right. But he just wasn't sure. Benjamin glanced back up now. "I know that no matter what you both will be happy for me but I don't want to let anyone down." Which was true. "I've already put a few years into this. Now, is it you or dad that is indecisive at times? Because whichever one it is I'm blaming you guys for this." He joked lightly.

The marina had always been one of Daisy's favorite places to think. There was something about the steady rhythm of the tide, the gentle creak of boats against their slips, and the distant cries of gulls overhead that quieted even the busiest parts of her mind. It was also a place that carried lots of good, happy memories.
After a long day at Wine & Dine, she'd traded her apron for a faded denim jacket and wandered down to the docks with two cups of coffee balanced carefully in a cardboard carrier. "There you are." The words came softly, a smile already finding its way across her face. She lifted one of the coffees from the carrier, holding it out toward him. "I hope I've got it right." Though she was almost sure she still knew his usual order by heart. Sometimes it felt as though the only reminder they were no longer married were the papers and the empty feeling around her ring finger where she used to wear her band. A playful glint settled in her green eyes. "And if coffee doesn't help," she reached for the tote bag on her shoulder and took out a bottle of wine. "Then this certainly will."
Jackson wasn't due in Turtle Bar, he worked at the station this morning so now he stood at the docks and leaning against the railing. He loved this place, he really did. There were many nights that he had spent out here with his family and of course Daisy. At times he thought this was their favorite spot.
Hearing her voice, Jackson couldn't help but smile looking over at her. "Here, I am." It had been a long day, it really was. But in the end seeing her seemed to wash it all away and he was thankful for that. She also had somehow always done that for him. Seeing her with a coffee and holding it out towards him. He stood up straight and took it from her. His fingertips brushing against hers lightly. "Well my coffee order has never changed so I'm sure you got it right." The papers were just the reminder that they were no longer married and the fact that he wore his wedding band on his necklace. Watching her reach for the bottle of wine, he chuckled lightly. "We just might need both." He teased lightly, a smile resting on his lips as he looked over at her. "Should we take this back to my place or yours? I mean mine is closer."

He did know that he didn't want to become a police officer. So there was that.

Benjamin "Benji" Anderson was born a few minutes after his twin sister, making him the youngest of the Anderson children. While he'd jokingly argue that birth order didn't matter, his family never let him forget that he was technically the baby. Between his older sister and his twin, Benji grew up surrounded by strong personalities, but he never struggled to find his own place within the family.
From the very beginning, Benjamin was a momma's boy. Daisy Anderson was his safe place the person he'd run to with scraped knees, bad dreams, school frustrations, or simply because he wanted to spend time with her. The oldest of the O'Malley clan, honor, respect, and violence was something that Cormac was taught a very young age. Having it taught to him at a very young age that he would be the one taking over the family business. So he knew what his life had in store from him ever since he was a little one. He also knew what it meant to be about of the founding families.
Cormac was good at art but also played Rugby. He was also good at boxing, fencing and archery. Which in the end helped him become the man that he turned into. In school, he did the best getting the best grades, getting awards. But he started working for his family when he was sixteen years old. Working his way up from the bottom even though he knew what he was going to be the boss of the whole organization. It was around when he was eighteen, that he got to engaged to another man by the name of Addison Bains, the Bains were good family friends and their parents arranged the whole thing.
Still he wanted to do the work instead of having it hand to him. So he put in the work while going to school and getting his high school diploma. After he graduated with top honors, and being captain of the rugby team he loved his life even working his way up in the organization, even getting married. Going to college for business, while his husband went for pre med. Cormac decided to open up a construction empire and imports and exports until his father retired. When he retired, he took over the mafia business and started running things through the businesses and such that they could. Heading over to Ireland in his late twenties and early thirties with his husband, they lived there and he ran things from there for years.
Recently they decided to come back figuring it was time and plus Cormac was worried about the recent activity of others from cartels coming into Turtle Bay. Wanting to make sure the town was safe along with his family. But he is happy to be home and around those people that he cares about plus it seems like his husband is happier being home also.
