          I really just want a break from everything that keeps happening to me-- it kills my muses and is just in general hurting me. It’s been almost three years and I’ve had to deal with a lot of death, and betrayals and it’s weighing me down with this sense of dread and pain that I can’t seem to shake. Just when I think things are finally gonna be okay something comes up. I’m always tired, but I can’t sleep and when I do I have nightmares. I try to get on and write but it’s very hard for me to do in this state, on top of a sudden lack of confidence in my portrayal. I really want to be here, and writing, and relaxing, but it becomes a chore I have to force out and it’s the worst. It’s stressful as hell and on top of all this, I get into a relationship, and I honestly adore my partner (though the distance sucks,) but I can’t tell my family because half of them would disown me.  I just... I just really, really, need a break from life and shit but I know I can’t get anything like that.

            A short laugh passes the older’s lips-- Ruby was always so eager.       Never one to keep her sister waiting, the brawler nodded her head, ❝       Duh-- I’d have waited if I didn’t want you to. ❞               Of course, she also worked really hard to get her sibling the gift,        so she really wanted to see how she liked it. Originally, she has been       very hesitant to the idea of buying a custom-made set of knives-- not       meant for battle, of course, just very decorative toys. She had even       gone as far as to have “Rose” inscribed on them.

         ❝ Ohh, c’mon Blake-- It’s Christmas,                         I just want a kiss... ❞

                ❝ Merry Christmas! ❞

         A grin slides onto the blonde’s lips-- a wink joining it soon after.     Arm raised above her head to point at the mistletoe above them in      the doorway, she leans a bit closer to move for a kiss.

          ❝ This seat taken? ❞
