CLASS 7: COMPUTER VISION: 2D CAMERAS

Noa Dolberg’s work traverses visual design, code and electronics. Her work explores the use of light and sound as means to reintroduce the sense of magic that was once related to basic and primal forms of technology. Recreating through everyday appliances installations that conjure up a memory of a technological ancestor, as if trying to close the gap between computers, sticks and stones.

Zachary Lieberman, the founder of openFrameworks, came to oF COURSE and gave us an exciting talk about the history of openFrameworks.

We are so happy to have our first guest speaker Alex Samuel to give us a talk in the beginning of the class.  Alex Samuel is a coder, maker. Her work focuses on code-based interactions that encourage and augment the way people consume news. Currently, she just launched a startup called Glossy.io with three other co-founders.
