Can we talk for a second about what they did to Sokka's character in the atla movie? Because why is Zuko having to hold his hand and talk him through simple tasks like piloting a ship while he's out there fighting for his life? That is #notmySokka. The Sokka I remember is competent. The Sokka I remember has a whole arc that revolved around gaining confidence in himself and his leadership. The Sokka I remember is a warrior who took down three comet-powered firebenders on his back with a broken leg while keeping Toph from falling to her death with one hand. I don't know who that was in that storm but that was not Sokka

repeat after me. humans are not inherently evil humans are not like a virus on this earth humans do not “deserve” to go extinct or anything like that. we are living breathing animals that deserve space just like every other creature on this planet. there’s just a tiny amount of us that have a fuck ton of money and power and they really suck

I'd like to add that getting mired in this mindset makes it harder to actually change the way we interact with this planet. If we're a "parasite", and it's inevitable that we'll damage the natural world, than what's the point of trying to be better? It's just another form of inaction. The only way we get out of this is by acknowledging that we're part of the global ecosystem, and embracing that role with responsibility.

man the way brennan rolls with sam's absolutely incredible diceless nat 20 and still makes yanessa so threatening. he had plans! he had flowcharts! and none of them anticipated what sam would do, but having her swallow wick's deception hook line and sinker with no die roll does not defang her at all and if anything makes her sharper. insane work

There are lots of good things about C4 but one of the highlight pieces of lore is that demons are basically looney toons in this universe.
