Observing social, ethical, and legal responsibilities in the use of technology, for me, is something that someone should inculcate when using technology. Digital Citizen means that you are responsible in using technology to engage with environment. Also you must be a good follower of laws and regulations that govern online behavior. And lastly, a good example to others showing that you are creating a positive online environment that mirrors the values of good citizen in the physical world.  🌐 💅
