The point of accessibility is that it's accessible for anyone- not just the very specific people it was designed for (if the thing is in very limited access, then it's more of a case by case thing, but a lot of things aren't). Most popular example is how ramps/lower curbs were meant for wheelchair users but they're also used by strollers and shopping carts

(I understand the fear of taking something from someone, but a lot of the time, you aren't, you deserve accessibility too)

Or ask for help, "but I don't have [disorder] I shouldn't need help for this" well what if you do ? Everyone's needs are different

U can struggle with something even if you don't meet all the criterias for a disorder. Like, idk, you could struggle with eye contact even if you don't have autism since that's the only symptom you have. Doesn't mean you're not struggling with it

Or equally, "I'm not sure if I'm trans but I feel better about myself with a binder on" then do it even if you're a cis woman
