Theory 1: She is a normal sinner who was once human and died. Given her style of clothes I would say she lived during the late 1800s at most. Obviously she would have needed to die before Alastor who seems to be from around the 1920s more or less. I find it a little hard to believe that in only a few decades she would be powerful enough to be considered the second or third strongest overlord, according to Vivzie on the wiki, and have enough power to make Al the most powerful sinner immediately on his arrival and be able to fix a staff that he himself couldn’t. She does have the same appearance as the sinners in Cannibal Town which indicates she’s probably one of them.

The only thing that makes this questionable is that Vivzie said that Rosie has never died. Obviously she could have changed her mind but if we believe what she said then obviously she couldn’t have been a sinner.

Theory 2: She is a Hellborn. This would be the simplest explanation, but not that interesting in my opinion. It does mean she could have had a lot more time to become so powerful or come from a powerful family but there’s no indication besides being the same type of demon as the ones in Cannibal Town. I had considered her possibly being a Sin which would explain why there’s a group of demons that look like her but all the Sins have already been shown so I find this theory less likely than 1.

If we assume 1 and 2 are wrong then that can only mean one thing. She could be from Heaven.

Theory 3: She is a minor Heavenborn. The most obvious option would be that she was an exorcist like Vaggie and Carmilla. I actually find this to be the most boring option since we already had the other two reveals that it would make this one lame. There’s also the issue of the only three fallen angels we are shown seem to have the same eyes with Lucifer having them in his demon form. This could be just a design thing that the artists like but it is suspicious that all three of them and Charlie as half fallen angel would also have the same eyes.

Theory 4: Probably the most likely besides 1, is that she has some connection to Lilith. I don’t think she is Lilith herself since she doesn’t show any strange behavior when interacting with Charlie and I find it hard to believe that a mother wouldnt act strange when faced with her daughter she hasn’t seen in 8 years. It’s more likely that she is Eve and/or a close friend of Lilith’s who cares about her friend and wants to make sure Charlie isn’t in danger but doesn’t show any personal connection to her.

Theory 5: This is my favorite and is entirely a headcanon with circumstantial evidence. I think it would be great if she was Lucifer’s sister. Now the whole eye thing seems like it would firmly go against this but I think it could be explained by either just the design thing, or something about her being different from the others. It could be because unlike the others she wasn’t forced out of Heaven. She may have willingly chosen to go to hell which could explain her different appearance, or it could be because she’s powerful and could choose or because they just wanted to make her look distinct and there’s no deeper meaning with the eyes.

My biggest piece of evidence is Rosie’s hair. The only characters with blonde hair with those side curls and that big poofy top part are her, Lilith, and Lucifer. If they were all some of the first creations then that would explain why they look similar since the only other character from that time was Adam and he just seems like his own guy, but since Abel is blond then that means Eve would have to be blonde which shows that blond hair was a common trait to early creations. Side note but the only characters with that side curl that splits into two is her and Lilith since Charlie and Lucifer have solid curls with one point.

This is similar to 4 because as someone close to one of the parents it would explain why she cares for Charlie but not on a personal level and also why she’s so powerful and yet has never died. She’s probably not one of the big angels and is probably some level lower than Lucifer since she’s not the most powerful unless she’s just hiding her power.

The reason I want this one to be true is purely for the potential reveal scene. Imagine how Lucifer would feel knowing someone in his family doesn’t hate him and still cares about him enough to give up their place in heaven just so they could watch over him. She might not have told him because she knew he’d feel guilty about it. I just think Lucifer has been through so much with losing all his friends and family when he fell and the one person who was with him suddenly left and he hasn’t heard from her in 8 years. The only person who cares about him and is still around is Charlie but even tho they love each other it isn’t the same. She cant relate or fully understand if he wanted to reminisce about things he misses about heaven or things he hated about it. She isn’t his friend, she’s his daughter. He is still alone and I want him to have something. Also I think it would be cool and she’d probably have a cool design after the reveal and Lucifer could actually have something good happen for once. Also she tells Charlie to call her Auntie Rosie.

He looks like he’s about to make a move on someone

I won’t reveal the whole plot but they literally never explain why this guy was dressed like a woman

They explain the makeup and crab and everything else but the dress and wig was either mistranslated or they forgot to mention it

It was literally only acknowledged when they find him and Sonoko says “he’s dressed like a woman”

After that not a single person questions or explains it and all I’m left with is the assumption that he dressed that way so no one would see him meet the killer

She didn’t say he doesn’t wear it but only that she thinks he doesn’t

I would love if at the end when he turns back and reveals he was Conan to everyone that Mouri is the only one who was like “yeah obviously I knew from the beginning”

Everyone is like wtf and he’s just like “I literally knew you as a child wtf do you mean” and he just didn’t act any different because he treats both Conan and Shinichi as annoying brats

And that’s why he really doesn’t react too much whenever Shinichi suddenly appears besides like a slight shock at the sudden change

And he just never asked him or mentioned anything because he just figured there was a good reason because whether he likes it or not he’s a great detective and wouldnt hide it for no reason and just is like “well at least he can’t flirt with Ran now lmao”
