I……wasn’t actually expecting a reaction to that ask so now I’m just sitting here staring at my phone at 10:47 pm on a Saturday night.

I’m also on a road trip so instead of an image of my reaction, because this room is dark and I’ll wake people up to get decent lighting, here’s a pic that made me think of Ruth if she had more of her brother’s attitude.

My brother's big draft cross mare passed today....

We have no idea what happened. She was fine this morning and found already gone in the pasture this evening. No signs of injury, illness, or struggle.

I honestly don't know 😅

I love this movie.

I had already cried during Tapestry, I've learned the soundtrack through the last week before finally going to the theater, so I knew all the songs.

I can't remember exactly how Nitzevet phrases it in this scene but she asks David how his tapestry is coming along.

His response, Oh you know.....less like I'm being woven.....more like I'm being stabbed-

And when I say I FELT THAT

Watching this again for the first time after it was released to streaming it has a massively deeper meaning.

So much can change in 30 days.

My world has been flipped upside down several times in 1 month. Hospital visits that ended up in two weeks out of work, being told I would need to leave the home I've been working on perfecting the last two years to then several opportunities for a new home within a week.

The emotional whiplash is no joke, but God provides, and I am learning to lay things down. That's hard for me.

6hrs at the hospital for an abscess/cyst thing..... starting in the ER and then being sent to a specialist.

Was not expecting to leave in so much shock and pain that my hands were still shaking when I got home, with stitches, and told not to work for a week....

I don't know if I'll be off a full week or not.....
