Regardless of how you feel about politics. One shouldn't feel unsafe in their own space. Nothing excuses the stripping of others rights to feel safe. I'm so exhausted.

Shortness of breath and my arrhythmia debilitate my life in more ways that I'd ever thought they would. I made this while in a vulnerable headspace: frustrated at how much control my conditions have over my life. I wish I'd known sooner.

This piece deals heavily with my personal experience with my arrhythmia and EDS diagnoses. Invisible illnesses have this haunting pull on our lives... Where those around us cannot see the immediate effects, yet we deal with the debilitating meaning of what having a chronic illness does to us. I feel pulled apart at the seams most days. Losing my ability to create terrifies me.
