Nu:Carnival Madness

Ingredients:

• 1 box (80g) Mango flavored jelly powder (I used Robertsons found in Asian Markets since I'm not certain if every jelly powder works)

• 200 mL Boiling hot water

• 200 mL Evaporated milk (chilled)

•2 ripe mangoes (Optional: 1 diced into bite-sized chunks and the latter will be used to make petal roses.)

Recipe:

1. Mix 200mL boiling hot water with 80g Mango flavoured jelly powder in a bowl until the powder is completely dissolved.

2. Cool the mixture in room tempature until its no longer too hot to prevent curdles. (If you're in a hurry, you could always sieve the whole thing)

3. Slowly and gently pour 200mL evaporated milk in 2 batches and mix thoroughly

4. Dice 1 ripe mango

5. Pour mixture into individual aesthetically pleasing cups with mangoes

6. Let them sit in the fridge overnight.

7. Peel a ripe mango, cut out its cheeks, slice diagonally and rearrange a mango rose slice by slice.
