He's doing pre-med and keeps nagging his siblings to go to college too (Cass, Tim), Duke is the one who spends more time with him bc everyone else is nocturnal and sleep through the day, but Jason likes to drive Duke to his classes and pick him up so they can have lunch together, Damian had a hard time at first, because Jason speaks every language that he speaks and all bat related things have to stay at the cave, his league training didn't prepare him for a civilian brother.

During an attempted kidnapping during one of the Wayne galas, Jason's whole plan almost gets blow up because one of the guys has taken a woman hostage and his Red Hood fried brain just pounced on the dude with all his might, wrestled him for the gun and kept him stuck under his boot with the gun pointed between the guys brows.

He had to pretend to be scared when Batman came to the rescue and act like he didn't know how to handle a gun.

But I raise you this: All Caste Jason Todd who accidentally, slightly on purpose becomes a crime lord in the process. (Basically, All Caste Jason with a side gig of being a crime lord instead of Crime Lord Jason with a side gig of doing magic shit)

So Jason goes back into Gotham, right? He sees the absolute amount of sheer evil the shithole reeks of, and he decides that he's going to be the one to deal with it. He props up his shiny magic flaming swords, and we all should know where this goes.

But.. A lot of said evils find ways to disguise themselves as humans. Like with the Untitled, they could sometimes shapeshift into humans to take control or lead humans with certain ideas. For Gotham, criminal groups were their best chance of that since so many civilians tended to gravitate to then during times of desperation (for money, for food) Sometimes, Jason could only tell they weren't human if his sense for magic would go off. So, Jason devises a plan.

If they want to make criminal groups to control humans? Then Jason will just have to control said criminal groups.

That way, he's able to figure out which groups are doing what, and which ones are being lead/mind controlled by something like the Untitled. (The issue is surprisingly common, but Gotham was evil central™️ so..) Not to mention, it did help surveillance around the Alley, and the rest of Gotham (which helped his mission a ton). Along the way, he pulls some strings to get a few programs to help people in need. Not just to lessen the amount of people getting desperate enough to join some demon fueled criminal group, but also to help, and maybe to heal the inner child in him that still believed in being Robin.

And if he beats down a few normal human gangs that were involving children in drug trade?

It isn't that much of a big deal.

At least for him, on the other side the Bats are completely freaking out over this random dude who appeared in Gotham and just started taking shit by storm. They do eventually meet and it goes something like this:

Bruce: Explain your motives.

Jason: Sorry, I don't dabble with humans.

Bruce: You're a crime lord?

Jason: I am?

Bruce: You're taking active control of several criminal groups, trades, and exchanges, are you not a crime lord? And all this, might I remind you, involve humans?

Jason:
