Ann Marie Foster, NRA's Hunting Programs Coordinator for Women On Target®, mad her way down to the historic Rose Hill Farm for the first Women On Target upland bird hunt of the season. And she couldn't have picked a better weekend.
"We're bringing down twelve ladies for a half-day hunt in Culpeper, Virginia," said Foster. "Two are first time hunters, another two won the opportunity to join up at the 2nd Annual NRA Great American Hunting and Outdoor Show in Westminster, and we couldn't be more excited."
Every summer, the NRA takes their portable electronic target systems on the road. In September, they stopped by the Original Pennsylvania 1000 Yard Benchrest Club so their members could give the electronic targets a try.
