Every second counts.

To get started on a task, which is challenging, difficult until we feel reluctant to do it, but important and beneficial to ourself, sit in front of it for at least 5mins, do something on it for another 5mins, keep going...

Why every time when I started to have some clues to work on and the time is getting near to bedtime? Omg...

Realized energy is finite, use it with a careful plan is the way to go, just like the situation when phone battery remained 10% and charging station is unavailable, the unimportant stuffs really need to shut off.

Take a break, listen to inner heart.

Some works are urgent but not important, some are important but not urgent, I will go for important one;)
