#24AndStrongerThanBefore A year ago today, I had a couple of things planned for the year ahead, and wishes that I wanted to work for and come true for me. Today marks the start of my 24th year. I can safely say that the past year was the most challenging and rewarding year for me so far. I got to go places (heyyy Miami & Los Angeles!), I was able to start using my RN license, I landed my dream job, and I got to meet a lot of amazing people. I learned a lot of valuable lessons along the way. There were a tons of heartbreaks, crying, doubting, and attempts at giving up, but I'm thankful I didn't. It wasn't easy, but it was well worth it. I am definitely blessed to have the life I'm living right now, and I believe that the years past have prepared me for where I am now. 24, let's get it on! Let's keep the fire burning! I'm ready for it. One month ago, I moved to a place 380+ miles away from what was home to me. I took the risk, even when I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth it or not. 30 days later, and I'm still here. It helped that I had awesome coworkers who treat me like family, and that the city has been kind to me so far.
