And as for slime vore, I think it feels like chugging a tun of water and is ridiculously filling, impossible to have an appetite with a bellyfull of goo.

And I think they can taste like ANYTHING! Mostly based on their diet. Though for the few slime characters I draw, the knight character (who I have to study armor to draw consistently) tastes minty and refreshing with hints of lime. And Lukus tastes like lemons, sugar, and butter how kyute!
