in doing this they eventually dissolved the barrier between online and real life entirely and I don't think a parallel to something like berserk's overlapping of planes is inappropriate in regard to the scope of the destruction and its lasting impact

it's really no wonder i dropped out and got my ged....i remember one specific crisis on an ordinary day where i looked around at everyone in disbelief searching for any sign i could that they were suffering abject misery and loneliness and boredom and dread about to burst into tears but there were none of course. the david lynch quote about hating school with powerful hate and the only important things happening outside of it was very real to me but unlike him i didn't have the constitution to see it through. it was a total waste of time. college was never going to happen for me, my mother stole all my money and couldn't even keep a roof over our heads. any ambition i had was smothered in the cradle, i just didn't have the drive better people than me manage to hang onto. i only felt okay about being alive when i was drinking and getting high and i guess it pretty much stayed that way. she was right about me in the end--i'm just like my father.

it's really dark at times being here albeit in rich people zones but that's a different flavor of the same alienation i've felt since i was little. i've got it bad today. overwhelming abject loneliness and sense of not belonging to the human race and acute knowledge that everything has gotten progressively worse and more impossible and far from me. everyone is dead. everything is dead. the only thing that abates this is drinking.
