i applied for a job last year that was just so right up my ally, but ended up not getting it. i was told i was 2nd in line and i also knew the girl who did end up getting it and ik we have very similar skill sets. the job was a one year project thing, and with how everything was worded and what i gathered from the interview i theorized that the position would be available again sometime this year. lo and behold, it has now showed up again. it's basically the same listing as lat year, down to the words.

the question is, is it strange to apply for it again? i know they remember me, because one of the ppl at the interview was a guest at my current job and said hello. so if i do apply again do i acknowledge it? how do i go about that?? i really want the job, it sounds so much fun, and now i am much better prepared to apply for something like this

update: i called the dude said hello remember me (he did) sent in an application on sunday, and got called in for an interview today. i am apparently 1 of 3, interview is next week friday, and i am to prepare a video featuring a hobby of mine (i’ve picked sewing)
