So, one notable but subtle Jasnah moment I don't think you've talked about and I would love to hear your thoughts on. The bread scene in book one. Jasnah has to choose between eating bread she suspects could be poisoned, or refusing a gift from someone Shallan cares about. She chooses to soulcast the bread, despite the difficulty therein, creating something that melts into her fingers and she grimaces to eat.

Jasnah eats shit so Shallan can feel loved.

Yes! The bread scene. Jasnah eats the bread given to her by someone Shallan cares for, likely knowing that the bread was poisoned just so that she can see that Jasnah is actually putting in the effort for Shallan.

I think that's actually so so sweet. Just another reason why I love them and why I'm absolutely baffled by Brandon's decision to not develop their relationship further.

Jasnah eating shit for Shallan is a hilarious way to put it, but yeah, basically. You're not wrong.
