Someone with no anxiety.

Yet, here I am
Alone and depressed as fuck.
Wishing to have a normal-nice day.
But that day is not today
It seems.
Like I want to live it up.
But I just can't
too many boundaries on my path.
It feels like Iām drowning;
but Iām not.
Iām still breathing.
But it doesn't feel like Iām living.
I cannot speak.
I cannot shout.
It feels like Iām on a rollercoaster.
Scared.
Sweating.
Ready to throw up.
And I start to question me.
I just really wanna clear my head of all these thoughts.
And I tried.
I really tried to keep my mind busy.
Drawing, writing, listening to music.
but I still feel ..blue.
And I know- I know.
Iām supposed to be the some-what upbeat type of person.
The one whoās always smiling or giggling about something out of nowhere.
But, I canāt always be that person.
And I know Iām being unfair on myself.
That I should allow myself to feel sad.
That I shouldnāt put myself on a mask to try fit society.
I cannot force myself to be a person with only one emotion, that
I shouldnāt force myself to act in just one particular way or to think this way.
Because at the end of the day..it aināt helping.
āCause I sure as hell haven't gotten rid of these thoughts.
I sure as hell keep being unfair on myself.
And yes, I also know Iām not the only one feeling this way.
Iām not alone on this.
But it sure feels like that some days.
Like today...
Just how can I stop feeling so..lost..so tired and stress all the time??
Itās like a battlefield inside my brain.
With no energy to spare.
Because I lost it all.
and yet here I am, talking to myself again.
I wish I could be somebody.
Somebody whoās genuinely happy and upbeat
at the same time.
With nothing to hide.
But, that day is not today.
But hopefully, tomorrow or one day will be.
