Does it take a lot to rewire your brain to no longer have nightmares. I know I can’t fix my ocd but can I fix it in my dreams. Maybe if I take anti anxiety medications in my dreams, dream me will no longer have compulsive behaviors. Maybe my dreams will be dreamy and I’ll fly through words and buildings and see the moon and tide as one.

Having to be gluten AND dairy free… horrible.

Sometimes when my boss talks I find it hard to focus because I wonder if she’s thinking about how much eye contact I’m making and whether it’s too much or too little. Sometimes I see her trying to follow my line of sight and I feel bad bc it may seem like I don’t care. Being around people and speaking to them is sometimes so difficult especially bc it feels like everyone’s on automatic and I got stick shift. Maybe one day I’ll be less of a dread but not today 🤗

Okay but I’ve got the 2nd day period headache.
