He's just going to sit poking her 'til she responds. He's missed her, yes he has.

He’d say he minds being ‘attacked’, but he really doesn’t.  He laughs, wrapping her arms around her and giving her a squeeze.

“Mother!” Nikola teases when he finally sets her down on the sofa. Before he joins her, he leaves a little kiss on her head, grabs a book and a blanket.  Settling beside her; he covers them up and motions her closer.

[He's come back from work after three weeks and Nikola's just pulled her away from her work and to sit where he can give her a cuddle.]

He drops a kiss to her head, giving her a gentle squeeze and staying still a moment.
