panic texted nick that we needed stuffed homemade pasta in our bellies tonight so ended up in Russian Hill two hours later (our getting out of the apartment thing tonight!)

this looks confusing but this is spaghetti squash with beyond meat balls I made last night and it was DELICIOUS so delicious that I took the time to write all the exact steps in my notes app haha

my goal this week is to leave the apartment after work every day - this was monday! 🥰✨

a lil solo action for Ted (he did SO WELL spinal walking on grass!! I can tell he’s building up his endurance and I feel so proud!!) + a nice dry cider and mushroom empanada (my roommates and I used to go here multiple times a week ahahah tastes like 2021 to me 🥹)

finally FINALLY went back to my old stomping grounds for my fav 6 mile loop 🥹 I miss getting 15k steps before work - I was completely spoiled living so close to this walk - I had zero gym membership but was in the best shape of my life haha
