thinking about how as of modern day comics dick's parents falling to their deaths would have been recorded by a million phones and posted on every social medias he would never be able to escape it it's entirely watchable for the entire world all the time and his memories of actually being there and seeing it getting mix-mashed with these recordings that a few hundred people in the audience put online with captions about how it is the worst thing they've ever seen and how traumatized they are etc etc

brudick dynamic im kind of obsessed with: there is an insane amount of emotional incest going on here plus some sorta inappropriate physical intimacy, but bruce's guilt stops him from just going all-in and having an actual sexual/romantic relationship with dick, which dick is extremely frustrated by. dick who feels caught in a limbo where he is too intimate with bruce to ever be bruce's son but bruce will not let them be lovers either. dick who feels like he's getting the worst of both worlds, not really being bruce's child in the way jason and damian are but not having the kind of intimacy with him that selina and even talia have been allowed. dick who just wants something solid to define his relationship with bruce and bruce who refuses to define it because his guilt stops him every time
