On this Veteran's Day, all of us here at Night Light want to thank our nation's heroes for their years of service and sacrifice. Your bravery has granted us the freedom to do what we love and we are forever grateful. To honor you this day Abueluna, Lumin, and Fin salute you. Featured on our Veteran's day poster, the Signal Corps emblem flies as Lumin salutes our Veteran's and Fin sports a headset worn by those who served our nation by flying in Army helicopters. We want to give a shout out to those who served in the Army Signal Corps and those in the Task Force Lighthorse unit. We would also like to pray for those currently serving overseas, especially those who are family members of some of our Night Light crew. To show our support of our military, the Night Light team put together a care package full of artwork from our film as well as sketchbooks and coloring books for our soldiers. Even though we're always hard at work making Night Light come to life, our team still finds the time to bust out some awesome art for Inktober!

A sneak peek into Abueluna's exciting work guiding baby green sea turtles to the sea! Please excuse the finger--she's still working on her photography skills! 😅 

Lumin is a curious light bulb who lives in a streetlamp by the beach. Most nights, Lumin watches the sea turtle hatchlings go to the sea, other nights he stays in and fashions cute clothing like his cape out of garbage!

Abueluna watches turtle nesting shores from her cozy trailer on the moon. During sea turtle hatching season she uses moonlight to guide turtles safely to the ocean. Abueluna enjoys playing dominoes with her friends and catching up with her favorite novelas on her time off.

Fin is a newborn sea turtle hatchling. Being a baby, he is easily entertained and distracted by bright lights. Fin is absolutely ready to party.

Who the HECK are these cool cats? Are they even CATS? WE JUST DON'T KNOW! Tune in this weekend to find out!

It's back to school season! Night Light is finally entering production this year so wish us luck and stay in school, hatchlings! 📝💯
