Ringing buzzed in Lilliana’s ears as her mind slowly woke up, while her body was still numb, the effects of whatever drugs she had consumed lingered.
Her body felt heavy and her eyes were groggy, they were still closed but she could feel something touching her body ‘what’s going on?’.
Muffled voices could be faintly heard, some arguing, others calmly speaking.
“My lady… You’re finally here” Pierrot uttered, gazing down at her sleeping form, her head resting against his shoulder while she sat limply in his lap, her back against his chest.
He had hearts in his eyes.
Someone hovered over them, their grin sharp “if it were this easy to knock her out I would’ve done it the day I was out”.
“Harlequin. Watch what you say” a voice standing behind warned him.
“I’m just kidding, obviously” Harlequin looked over his shoulder and raised his hands in defense, after earning a deathly glare off Pierrot, his arms wrapping around Lilliana’s body.
‘Is he trying to kill me?’ she thought, feeling his grip change.
A hand was placed on his shoulder “Pierrot, be careful. If your grip on her tightens you’ll leave marks on her skin”.
It was Columbina. She smiled at him when he looked over his shoulder.
The tent flap opened “you’re in here. You should’ve just left her in bed”.
Walking over, purple eyes stared down at her sleeping figure “what should we do now? Wait till she’s awake?” Harlequin asked, leaning against a crate.
“The drug shouldn’t keep her unconscious all day. That “Dainsleif” person has continued to contact her” Ticket Taker piped up, holding up the phone to show the notifications on screen.
“I thought I told you to turn it off?” Jester raised a brow, looking at the older monster.
“You did, however he wasn’t just the only person to contact her” Ticket Taker answered.
‘Dain? He’s been trying to get a hold of me since last night?’ Lilliana thought as she listened.
“The drug’s effects should wear off any minute now. I made sure it would keep her unconscious for a good while” another voice piped up.
“And as always, very well done, Doctor”.
Something shifted in the room, their eyes landing on Lilliana as she shifted in Pierrot’s lap, a whine leaving her throat as her body began to wake up, her finger twitching.
Her eyes opened slowly and were met with black fabric above her, only for some red to appear in the corner of her eye “wha…”.
Her eyes widened when she turned her head and was met with Pierrot’s face staring back at her own “HOLY---”.
She tossed herself out of his lap and shuffled away “what the-- What’s going on?”.
Her eyes darted around the room as she watched all six of them “well, that was funny” Harlequin chuckled.
“Why am I here? I’m not supposed to be here, this is off limits” she questioned, still backing away until there was a good distance between them.
“M-my lady, I can explain” Pierrot piped up, kneeling while his body turned to her.
Lilliana stared at the ground, trying to remember what happened to her before she woke up inside the black tent ‘the last thing I remember was eating a hotdog and drinking some water---I WAS DRUGGED!!’.
Pierrot noticed her silence “my dear?” he tilted his head.
“I was drugged.” she muttered under her breath.
“P-pardon?” he looked startled.
“One of you drugged me” she looked up at him, eyes wide as she realised what happened.
“I was sitting on a bench that was out of view from everyone else but I could still see what was going on. I had something to eat and some water, which she gave me” Lilliana looked at Columbina, who fiddled with her attire.
“Then after eating I felt dizzy when I had some water, and felt like I had a headache, the rest is a blur” she sat up properly and rested a hand against her head.
“As always, you were always perceptive of your surroundings” Jester piped up from the flap, her eyes attached to him as he walked over, stopping in front of her.
“The floor is not something someone like yourself should be sitting on” he held out his hand.
She stared at it before placing hers down, gripping at his wrist as he pulled her up. Her face hit his chest as his hand went to her shoulder “there we go, up and off the dirty floor”.
“Thanks? A-anyway why am I here? I have to get back home” Lilliana tried to step away but his hand remained firmly on her shoulder.
“But you are home, dear. You’re with us, there’s no need to go back” he answered, his free hand gesturing to the other members of the troupe.
“What?”.
Jester pulled his hand away from her shoulder and went to his back and began talking.
“Why stay with those filthy humans? They’ve done nothing but torture everything around them, us included. Stay with us, those humans do not deserve you. Our saviour” he had his back turned and she couldn’t see his face.
‘I knew it. I should’ve known from the beginning. I was too clueless to understand what was going on. They’re the cause why people have gone missing, they still see humans as nothing but trash. Something that can be disposed of and act as though they never existed’ Lilliana lowered her head and stared at the ground.
“So, dear saviour, what is your answer?”.
She let out a shaky breath before piping up.
“No” she said flatly, catching them off guard.
“Pardon?” he turned around.
“I said no” she lifted up her head and looked at him, her arms crossed.
“If there’s a decision I’m going to make, it’s that I’m going to leave and head back to my house”.
“What do you mean? Your place is with us” he questioned, surprised by her refusal.
“No it’s not. I have a job, I have two maniacs, which I call my little brother and sister, that are attending school to look after and are my responsibility, along with two protective grown men that work. I can’t just disappear without a trace, not that I would leave those four alone, but that’s beside the point”.
Pierrot and Columbina looked surprised that she was saying no to them, it wasn’t that much of a shock since she used to say it to them in the past when they’d ask her requests that she couldn’t fulfill, but this one was surprising to everyone.
“I will be honest, I have missed you guys, and I did forget about you for a while, but you guys have done so well without me. I’m not a life line for you guys, you can manage without me, as you have done. In fact, I’d probably say that you don’t need me, you’re all together and have been capable of living without me and my presence”.
Pierrot’s eyes widened ‘no, no don’t say that. Please don’t say that, we need you. My beloved please don’t think or say stuff like that’ he thought, his fists clenching as he listened.
“In all honesty, I’m sure you can manage without me forever, if that’s the case”.
Something broke, everyone looked to see a wooden crate broken as something pierced through it.
A tendril, belonging to none other than Harlequin.
“We spent years looking for you and when we do find you, you say that we don’t need you?” he questioned, irritation making itself visible as he walked over.
“Well clearly you don’t. I mean, have you seen what you’re doing? You took over this whole thing and turned it into your own, without me” she answered, stepping forwards so they were eye to eye.
“That’s not the point” he growled, looking her in the eye.
“Then what is it? Do you plan to keep me in here like some caged bird? Like a rare plant that you managed to get your hands on and won’t let anyone else touch or see? Like I’m some old painting or vintage item for your collection?” she questioned, looking at everyone for an answer.
“No, that’s not true” Ticket Taker piped up.
“Is it not? If it’s not then tell me what it is” Lilliana’s eyes landed on him.
She was getting annoyed, they could tell it from the way she was speaking and the look in her eyes, this wasn’t the first time she was annoyed around them, but it was never at them directly.
No one said anything, they didn’t dare to.
“Fine, since none of you will tell me anything, I’m leaving”.
Lilliana made her way past Harlequin and snapped her fingers, her bag flew out from under the bed she was supposed to be resting on and her phone appeared from Ticket Taker’s pocket. The flap opened as she walked out, quickly messaging Dainsleif, they didn’t stop her.
“Maybe she just needs some space. I think we all need to give her some for a while” Columbina suggested, watching from the lifted flap as she stopped at the entrance just as a car pulled up at the entrance. Dainsleif hurriedly climbed out and placed his hands on her shoulders, looking over what he could see for any injuries.
She shook her head before pushing off his hands and walked around to the other side of the car, her silhouette fading as she climbed inside, Dainsleif following and doing the same as the car eventually left.

Work was as busy as usual. A meeting took place, discussing the upcoming works of writers and other departments, even recent chapters for different works that were currently being written.
The meeting room was filled with people from different departments, their laptops in front of them as Hotaru stood at the front holding a small remote, Lilliana rested her cheek against her palm as she listened, Jeremiah sitting next to her and Mira sitting across from her.
‘It’s been a week since I was drugged by Columbina, and rejected their “invitation” to live with them. I’ve been so focused on work to even think about it. I haven’t seen any of the others either, they’re probably going to avoid me for a while. Not like I haven’t been doing the same’ she thought, staring at the board.
The meeting continued for a while, even as an unexpected visitor walked over to the reception desk.
“Lilliana!” the secretary called out just as she walked out of the meeting room, her fingers stopping as she looked up from her laptop and froze.
She looked at the desk to see the receptionist call her over again, a man dressed in a blue suit standing there waiting patiently ‘what’s he doing here?’ she thought, staring at him.
“You good, Lil?” Jeremiah asked, tapping her shoulder to get her attention.
“Y-yeah. I’m good, I’ve got a client to see, you and Mira can have lunch without me” she answered, closing her laptop after locking it.
“Could you put this in my bag?” she asked as she handed it over.
“Sure, have fun” Jeremiah waved, wiggling his brows in a teasing way.
“Quit it, you weirdo” she glared, walking away and to the front desk.
She walked over and stopped a good few feet away from him, leaving a space between them “is there something wrong?” she asked, a smile on her face, acting as though he was a client who commissioned her for something.
His eyes were glued onto her outfit, a navy blue and white blouse tucked into a pair of plain black flared trousers with white details, the blouse had a piece of white fabric with white lace along the top and crossed over from left to right making the top of a heart and along the sides of the middle was a navy blue fabric with a matching coloured ruffle with small matching coloured flowers that started at the waistband of the blouse and went along the inside of the middle of the ruffle and over the shoulders.
The sleeves were long and had a thin navy blue saggy bow making it look like the top of the sleeves were tied with small flowers that matched the one at the top of the dress while the rest of the sleeves were baggy and stopped at the wrist with a ruffle that stopped part way of the palm slightly, around the waist was a ribbon that was tied twice at the middle and slightly loose with two longer pieces that were left at the front and stopped at the top of her thigh.
The trousers has a black belt with a detailed silver buckle at the front with white floral embroidery along the pockets, by the bottom of the trousers white lace was peaking out every time she moved her legs, there was a silver necklace with a white flower in the middle around her neck with matching earrings and a pair of black framed glasses, on her feet were a pair of black ankle boots with a lace up design at the front.
Her hair was tied into a braid with a dark navy blue ribbon tied in the braid and made a small bow at the bottom “sir?” she called out, knocking him out of his thoughts as he coughed into his fist.
“There was something that I wish to discuss with you” he answered, shuffling around in the bag he had.
“Was the manuscript not to your liking? If you have the copy I gave you I’d be happy to hear your thoughts on what changes you want to add” she smiled, making it seem like the topic was about some work she had done for him recently, instead of whatever he was going to say.
He noticed.
He chuckled.
“Yes, that’s right” he agreed, pulling his hand out of his bag.
“How about we talk about this outside? I’m sure you have somewhere to be and I’d rather not take up your time” she smiled, walking past him, her ID clipped to the waistband of her trousers.
“That’s fine with me” he nodded, following her into the elevator.
As soon as they stepped inside and the doors closed her smile fell, she pushed a button that stopped the elevator, snapping her fingers the camera inside was turned off. She backed away and leaned her shoulder against the wall “what are you doing here, Bil?” she asked, her eyes staying glued to the elevator doors.
“There was something I wanted to discuss with you, but there is no manuscript that I’d like to change” he answered, stepping closer.
“I figured as much, I suggested going outside so no one else wondered why you’re here. And if you’re here about last week, forget it. I am” she answered, arms now crossed.
He sighed “I’ll be honest, dear. We all went too far last week, drugging you and trying to keep you with us”.
“That makes one out of six sorry. If avoiding me is everyone’s way of apologising, they’re doing a terrible job” she glanced over her shoulder.
“Even Rita did a better job at that, but didn’t last very long. She’d come see me after a few days” she mumbled quietly under her breath.
“We were wrong. Even I have to admit that what happened to you was too much” he piped up.
“Is that so?” she raised a brow, but still didn’t look at him.
“Yes. Pierrot has been muttering to himself on how he should apologise, Harlequin hasn’t been his usual self, making innuendos and such. Columbina hasn’t been singing or humming as she usually does, Doctor has been talking to his dolls more and Jester has been hiding himself in his tent more over the past week” he explained, taking one more step closer.
“What about you? What have you been doing?”.
“I’ve been keeping myself occupied with paperwork. More than usual to say the least” he answered.
“This may be out of character for us, but we are sorry for what we did. We were glad and excited when we heard the news that you were here in the city. Our desire for you to come with us overlapped any sense we had of what was right and what wasn’t” he added.
She turned around, still leaning against the wall, looking him in the eye “if you’re apologising for everyone, stop. You’ve said your apology, I’ll let the others say theirs”.
“And if this is your way of asking me to come to the circus, I’ll think about it. I told Dainsleif and Absulecti about last week, they’re not happy with what you guys did, they’ve become protective of where I go after work now” she added, taking off her glasses, pushing herself off the wall.
He seemed relieved that she accepted his apology, but was also a bit cautious now that Absulecti and Dainsleif knew what happened, Lilliana noticed.
“Tell you what, you guys can come to my place. Those two are going out of town for a couple days and Min-e and Aeth are staying with a friend for a few nights. I’ll be on my own then and you guys can come see me” she suggested, shoving her hands in her pockets.
“Everyone will be glad, my dear” he smiled, placing a hand on her shoulder.
A small blush dusted her cheeks “yeah, I’m sure they will” she looked away.
His hand gently grabbed her by the chin to make her look at him, he watched her eyes and noticed the small gold at the bottom “something so small can go unnoticeable if one is not close enough” he spoke quietly.
“What are you, a poet now?” she chuckled, only to stop when she felt something on her cheek.
“Did you just--”.
He pressed the button she pressed earlier and the elevator was going back down “not yet, not without your permission, beloved” her face went red at the new nickname.
The doors to the elevator opened just as he pulled his hand away and adjusted his suit, as if he didn’t peck her on the cheek. Lilliana coughed into her fist and turned back around and walked into the lobby.
“Going out for lunch?” a voice asked, noticing her.
It was Jeremiah’s husband.
“Oh, Grayson. No. I’ve been with a client” she answered, gesturing to Ticket Taker.
“Mira and Jeremiah are in the canteen upstairs today, if you wanna see him”.
“Ah, Jer did text me saying that you were with someone. He joked saying that you were seeing each other” he held up his phone, showing the texts.
Multiple irk marks appeared on her face as her eye twitched “you might wanna start looking for funeral homes. Cause you’re not going to have a husband for long”.
“I’d best get going now. I’ll let you know if anything else needs to change” Ticket Taker piped up, gesturing to his bag, the guest ID allowing him entry through the barriers.
“Of course, I hope you like it” she smiled, giving a wave as she watched him hand back the ID and walk out of the building.
There was silence between them before she walked off “lil?” Grayson raised a brow.
“I’m killing your husband”.
“Hey! Don’t do that!” he exclaimed, quickly getting out of his seat, only to watch the elevator doors close as she went back to the fourth floor.
“And he’s dead. *Sigh* I told him that was a bad idea” Grayson shook his head and sat back down.

Lilliana was now home, the silence weirding her out as she locked the door behind her ‘it’s so weird without all four of them’ she thought, climbing up the stairs and entering her room.
She sat at her corner desk, dressed in her usual sleep wear and her hair left down, her monitors showing different screens. The horizontal one showing her music tab and the landscape one showing the drawing app she uses.
In her lap was a tablet that showed what was on her screen, a book cover design, the cover was a dark forest green with gold trimming in the corners that resembled the corners of painting frames with white flowers at the bottom and hanging leaves at the top like it was a curtain that was pulled back to reveal the gold oval frame in the middle with the name of the book in readable cursive.
Lilliana was too focused on her tablet, eyes occasionally flickering to the computer monitors, to notice the tall figure in her room appearing from her mirror.
When she took a break to stretch, setting her pen down and standing from her chair, she turned around to grab her drink from her bedside table, only to be met with a pair of blue and white eyes looking her way.
“Jesus unholy christ on a stick!” she yelled, stumbling backwards and falling back into her chair.
“Ow… I need a comfortable chair” she mumbled under her breath, listening as a pair of shoes entered her room.
“Oh my, are you alright, dear?” Ticket Taker asked, walking over.
“I’m fine. Getting jumpscared is something that regularly happens in this house” she answered, pointing a finger at him.
She adjusted herself and sat up right in the chair “so it’s just you?”.
“I’m afraid so. I tried to get the others to come along but they wouldn’t budge, so you get just me” he answered, taking off his hat and sitting on the edge of her bed.
“They’re that stubborn, huh? Then again, all of you have been like that since I first met you” she agreed, lifting up a knee and resting her cheek against it.
“Is that so? I believe you are also stubborn” he chuckled at her face.
“No I’m not--- Ok, maybe I am” she tried to defend herself before sighing.
Feeling uncomfortable in her chair Lilliana stood up and stretched her arms “so, what did you mean by “permission” when we were in the elevator? Was it permission to kiss me? Even though you kissed my cheek?” she asked, sitting beside him.
“Looks like my idea has been noticed” he shook his head.
“Wait, seriously? Are you being serious?” she looked at him in surprise.
“Does that surprise you?” Ticket Taker questioned.
“Well, yeah it does. I didn’t expect that kind of thing from you, honestly. I mean, I kind of expected it off Harlequin when I ran into him at the corner shop the other day” she answered, rubbing the back of her neck.
Ticket Taker’s eyes landed on her arm, the gold pattern was visible once again, thanks to her sleeve sliding down, yet his gaze landed on her forearm. The gold pattern was no longer there and was replaced with black instead, it didn’t fade and cover her whole arm like his or the others did just the colour of the pattern that had changed.
“Bil? You’re staring at my arm. Did I cut myself when I fell on my chair?” Lilliana asked, snapping him back to reality.
“No, there are no cuts. The design of this pattern on your skin caught my interest is all” he answered, taking her hand in his gloved one.
“Oh, that. I’m not sure when it changed colour, it used to be all gold but after an accident it turned black. I can hide it whenever I want also, but when I’m at home I don’t bother hiding it cause I’m around people I trust” she answered, scratching at her cheek as she explained.
“I mean, the one on my back could count as a tattoo to others, sometimes I even forget it’s there until someone reminds me about it. Honestly, I don’t even know what it looks like, people say it looks pretty but I’m not so sure”.
This caught his interest.
The words were on the tip of his tongue “would you like me to tell you what it looks like?” he asked, finally letting the words free.
“You sure? You don’t have to” Lilliana asked.
“I do not mind. I could even take a photo on your phone” he offered, holding his hand out.
“Really? Thanks”.
Lilliana stood up from her bed and grabbed her phone off her desk before sitting back down and turning so her back was facing him, her cardigan pooling around her as she moved her hair over one shoulder, she grabbed the straps of her vest and lifted it up, her bare back on show “can you see it? Do I need to lift my vest higher?” Lilliana asked, unable to look over her shoulder.
Ticket Taker just stared at her back, the so called tattoo was an oval shaped mirror with a very detailed frame, in the middle were hanging flowers, the flowers held no colour other than white, his eye wandered along the golden cracks on her body with some of them looking like leaves and flowers in small places, it looked as though the mirror was placed on top of the cracks as they came from her back and crept down to her legs and stopped just below the collar bone.
He said nothing as he took a picture of her back “I’ve got it”.
She pulled her vest down and pulled on her cardigan then chuckled her hair over her shoulder again so it rested against her back “can I see it?”.
He handed back her phone and she stared “woah… it does look pretty. I guess Mira was right when she said these types of tattoos suited me”.
“Would you get one?” he asked, watching as she looked away from her phone.
“Oh, no. The pattern and this on my body are enough, I don’t want any tattoos since they wouldn’t last very long. They’d disappear after a couple days, Min-e dared me to get one once and she still has the picture” Lilliana answered, turning off her phone.
She flopped onto her back and stared at her ceiling “so, what do you think the others are doing now? Is the circus even on tonight? I should’ve taken that into account before inviting you all”.
“The circus is indeed on tonight, however I have Harlequin manning the entrance until I come back” Ticket Taker answered, taking off his coat and hanging it off her chair, picking up his hat also.
“He didn’t ask where you were going?” she didn’t lift her head up, kicking her legs against the bed.
“No, though I’m sure Pierrot knows where I am at. He isn’t in the greatest of moods with me” he pulled at his cravot, loosening it.
“I’m going to guess that was the night I ran out of his tent?” she lifted her arm, pointing at the ceiling.
“You are correct, dear”.
“Knew it!” she laughed, her arm flopping on the bed.
The bed sank as Ticket Taker knelt on the bed, his body hovering over her own with his legs on the sides of her hips “woah, that was quick” Lilliana muttered to herself, staring at his masked face.
“You may not be aware, dear, but you have been looking rather tempting tonight. Whether intentional or not” he spoke, watching as her cheeks turned red.
“May I? I do promise that I shall be careful” his hand cupped her cheek.
“Y-you’re serious about that kiss, aren’t you?” she glanced away, her hands unsure of where they should go.
“Indeed. But I won’t pressure you if you don’t wish for it” he answered.
“No, no. I don’t mind, I’m just nervous” her hands placed themselves on his shoulders.
“Don’t worry, I’ll be very careful when it comes to you, beloved” he leaned forwards, her eyes closing as her hands moved to his head and neck.
Reason why is my room is being decorated with new wallpaper, had to change wallpaper after a could days cause the stuff mom bought of temu wasn't working.
Bed has been dismantled and I have been sleeping on the sofa.
LET ME SLEEP IN MY ROOM ALREADY DAD!
Not to mention this heat has made it bad enough for my mom when putting up said wall paper. Now we need to put the coving on and just do behind the wardrobe.
New roll of wallpaper was supposed to come but me and dad didn't get the door cause we were busy, he can cleaning out the hamster cages, I was making mom a coffee.
I'm taking my mattress downstairs, I do not give a fuck. Sleeping on the sofa is uncomfortable after who knows how long.
Tried on Gov.uk= fucking name in bank account didn't work.
Went to post office to get one= the damn picture wouldn't be accepted! (Which eventually worked)
Then I needed a referee to prove that it's actually me, chose my dentist cause she knows me personally. (Referee can't be partner or family, has to be someone with no relations).
And to top it all off it's happening the same day as my nail appointment, but I doubt it'll be that long, if not I could just go Tuesday instead.

I have a question for those in/interested in the Arcana Twilight Fandom. I'm creating a story and I have done two already based on the game's poly/storyline and adding a few different parts here and there like the chats or the calls.
However I'm wondering if I should make this new one villainess manhwa style story like where the goes through reincarnation and ends up as a character from a game/novel or going back in time. I'm debating on if I should or not.
And that's why I'm asking cause I saw this one post about a persons summoner being reincarnated and it has Sirius as the MC's fiancé and I was kinda inspired by that post, though I can't remember who made the post. Opinions if i should or not would be appreciated
How would any of you feel if I brought this back as a Tumblr only story? I kinda got back into the fandom and want to rewrite this idea properly now that my writing has improved.
