I’m just going to say what a lot of people seem to be too afraid to say: I haven’t felt safe or comfortable in this server since I joined. I’ve constantly felt anxious, stressed, and like I had to carefully choose every word I said because that’s what a “community” is supposed to feel like now.

What’s honestly funny is that I originally thought I was the only one who felt this way. But after talking to people here, I started realizing that maybe the problem isn’t just me. Maybe there’s actually a reason why so many people have been feeling uncomfortable.

I’ve met people who opened my eyes to what’s really going on, including Miya, who has made it very clear that she’s not exactly impressed with this place or the people in it. And honestly, after hearing what others have experienced, I can’t really blame her.

A lot of things have happened, and it’s interesting how people are only starting to notice now. Maybe instead of acting like everything is perfectly fine, people should actually take a second to think about why so many members feel this way.

But hey, if ignoring problems and pretending they don’t exist is easier, I guess that’s always an option. Just don’t be surprised when people eventually get tired of it.
