i recently returned to tumblr last month (june 2017) after a year absence and while i wasn’t surprised to see how many followers i’d lost in that time span, i was also pleasantly surprised to see that a lot of my mutuals were still following me. they could’ve unfollowed me because i’ll admit now, i was planning to never return to tumblr, yet here i am, and there they are, still following me. with this return, i tried not to pay much attention to the numbers attached my follower count and notes count. i realized a lot of my works weren’t receiving the same attention as they used to two years ago but i’m slowly realizing that the numbers shouldn’t matter because at the end of the day this is my tumblr, created for my interests. it’s also ironic i’m saying this bc the main reason why i made this is bc i hit a milestone recently lmao

thank you to all the blogs who still followed me despite my long inactivity (i plan to release something later in august as a thank you!), and to those who didn’t break the mutual following. i consider my one year hiatus as an opportunity for me to become closer to friends, to make new friends, and finally to break off old friendships/mutuality. to some of the blogs listed, thank you for staying with me despite all my fandom changes through the years (you know who you are) ❤❤
