Eventually, the final designs will be available in my shop. For now, I am just doing quick black and white sketches.

Well, it's finally 2021. I have no idea if this year will be better than the last. One thing I'm excited to be an aunt and God mother this spring. My sister @jam_chong and her husband @chongkid will be having a baby boy this March. I'm hoping this post will kick up some more personal illustration work in the near future. I am thankful that my commercial work is booming but sometimes this girl needs to draw her own stuff.

I have been MIA in the social media world for the past month. I’ve been super busy with a new animated show and a new children’s book. I can’t complain though, I love being busy.  Last spring, I designed some Christmas patterns for Paper Culture. Here is one of the patterns used for a very 2020 Christmas card.

It has been way too long since I posted anything new. I changed things up and drew some dogs instead of cats. Magnets coming soon :)

Just a little five-minute exercise for myself by drawing a circle and then turning it into a character. The first thing that came to mind was a lion.

Happy Caturday everyone! It was cold and rainy last night, so I quickly painted a black and white cat. 

Current mood toward 2020.

I have been busy finishing up work for another book but took some time last night to draw a quick illustration of a white kitten. I noticed lately that all my work has been very black and white, so I thought I would bring some colour to this drawing.
